A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm the booking and the full balance is payable one month before departure. The above prices are per week and for rental of the apartment, NOT per person.
 
There is a local charge of Euro 70 payable, which covers a welcome pack of 5 litres of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, jam, eggs, biscuits, soft drink, wine and beer and cleaning of the apartment on departure.  This charge will only apply once throughout the duration of the rental period.

All linen is provided, but you will need to bring your own beach towels
The owners accept no responsibility for any personal loss or injury however incurred.
You are strongly advised to take out personal insurance covering your entire holiday.
The apartment is for non-smokers and is not suitable for children, the elderly or infirm.
